Every kind of product is accurately selected and skilfully combined in order to highlight its best qualities.
Furthermore the Chef offers to frequent guests a “tailor-made” service: he is available at 5 p.m. to select the best fish from his trusted supplies. Just call him and choose whatever you wish!
Our winebar offers a wide range of wine labels, especially from Salento and the Maître Maurizio Valdieri combine them with the Chef’s proposals.
