The resident Chef, in collaboration with his dynamic cooking team, satisfies all the five senses with typical recipes of Salentine traditions.
Every kind of product is accurately selected and skilfully combined in order to highlight its best qualities.
“Tailor-made” service
Furthermore the Chef offers to frequent guests a “tailor-made” service: he is available at 5 p.m. to select the best fish from his trusted supplies. Just call him and choose whatever you wish!
Our winebar offers a wide range of wine labels, especially from Salento and the Maître Maurizio Valdieri combine them with the Chef’s proposals.
