Gallipoli is a fisherman town where the fresh fish is the main character of the dinners.
Olive oil, organic products and 0 km vegetables are the principal ingredients of delicious vegetarian dishes: they come from the family farms “L’Olivastro” and “Masseria Itri”, which belongs to the same owner of Palazzo del Corso.

Where possible all of our produce is freshly grown and seasonal and caught locally.
However, occasionally due to seasonality some of our products are frozen, but still maintain the characteristics of fresh produce.
